The Infra-Red image shown is of recently rediscovered masterpiece by the Renaissance artist Tintoretto. Created on the large painting scanner at Hamilton Kerr Institute Cambridge from an original image size of  9000 x 10000 pixels. The picture is hung in the Dorset mansion Kingston Lacy but was overlooked as it was unkept and had been over varnished. The painting measures 8 feet 10 inches by 7 feet 9 inches (270 cm x 236 cm).  Courtesy of the National Trust.
